Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Erik has developed his expertise through hands-on management experience in the pharmaceutical and life-sciences industries and a broad range of strategic procurement and change management consulting engagements.

Through his work with numerous global Fortune 100 and FTSE 50 companies in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical products, technology and oil & gas sectors, Erik is able to draw on a wealth of experience to understand client challenges and bring Positive’s Category Management, SRM and Negotiation classroom training delivery to life.

Erik is qualified as a Myers-Briggs Qualified Practitioner (MBTI), a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
