Peter’s career in intellectual property (IP) began with what is now Hogan Lovells in London, followed by service with Baker & McKenzie in Hong Kong and Singapore. In 1990 he founded and for 10 years led the development of the international IP firm Rouse, establishing the first foreign owned IP practice in China in the early 90s and developing a professional service model that has proven highly successful.

A highly regarded IP litigator with an exceptional record of success in dealing with intractable enforcement problems involving complex issues and multiple jurisdictions, Peter’s ability to address problems with creativity and relentless determination has earned him an international reputation among the IP owners and professionals around the world.
